A slide using the same iconography as the email campaigns was placed on the homepage to promote awareness among site viewers.
During the Beta period, we sent each CMS user a "swag pack" of branded goodies for their patience and participation during the launch. Packs included a branded mouse pad, microfiber screen cloth, and mints.
CMS users were provided access to a beta site in order to update their content in the new design. Emails updating users of the timeline maintained the campaign voice while also providing informative details about the launch timeline.
